Are you paying for your A-F-N? Installation cable TV providers are authorized to charge a line maintenance fee to maintain distribution systems. The Exchange (AAFES) is authorized to perform Personal Information Services, including providing internet, telephone, or television services that a user pays a fee. Some contractors add other channels as well that can result in higher fees on a tiered basis.
